Cecilia Scribner is shown here preparing to extract a core from the Sandflugtdalen, east of Kangerlussuaq. Cecilia wrote did her MS thesis work on the chemical and Sr isotopic composition of four deglaciated watersheds that extend in a transect from Kanger to the coast. She found that the weather extent in each watershed depending on its exposure age as well as the amount of precipitation.
